"Well located, close enough to the center without being bothered by the action. Nice setting, a bit motel-style arrangement (rooms in a row along an iutside walkway), but on a pretty garden. Generously sized rooms. Excellent breakfast. Very friendly staff. I wished the rooms had hamacs like many other pousadas at ilha Grande. Upper floor rooms could have that option. You pay more for them but the only difference is that they are above and have a bit more privacy. Very strict about security. I...

"The location is fabulous. Directly on the main strip in front of the sea. Staff was helpful. After checking in the AC wouldn't turn on. Fixed that.. 2 hrs later it was still hot so a technician came and we went to dinner. Upon return at 1 am, it was cooler but not cold. So i let them know in the morning before heading out. When returned in the evening it was much cooler. The shower was not very clean..it had old stains. It was also very finicky.. usually scalding hot. I was on the 2nd floor......
