"Location close to the beach. Good air conditioning. The owner of this unit needs to invest some money into maintaining items that don’t work. Reviews from 3 years ago mention that the sliding doors and shutters cannot be locked. This still has not been fixed and is a major security issue for a ground floor apartment.
