"Great property that was well cared for and close to everything. Staff was wonderful. This was just a studio so nothing for long long term but had all the amenities you would need in the kitchen. The bed was really hard but we asked Staff for a mattress pad and they had one on the next morning. We were so grateful. Enjoyed our stay here and would come back."

"Terribly disappointing hotel. For a 4-star , among the 5 most expensive, the value for money ratio was terrible. In a 2 bedroom suite, the second bed was a fold out, with a ratty mattress. In one-week stay, sheets and towels were changed once, floors cleaned twice. They could not provide me with a water kettle or early coffee (coffee shop opens at nine). "I stayed at Casa Betel with 5 friends and the villa truly exceeded our expectations. Wonderfully spacious with lots of bathrooms and gorgeous garden and pool area. "Loved our short trip and stay in Pure Formosa. The hotel has a fab roof top pool and bar plus general look & feel is cool with great food and drinks served on the roof. We had a balcony room however at the rear of the hotel so not much use for the balcony. Room was a reasonable size with a good bathroom. Staff were great and would certainly stay here again. "
