"The location was excellent, within walking distance of many great restaurants and sites. The hotel was comfortable enough although they could do with some extra pillows. The staff was pleasant but not overly friendly or super helpful. You could hear people in the hallway although at night it was quiet without any issues. I would stay again even though it wasn’t the greatest stay ever, it was worth the price. "

"This hotel was awesome, but the staff really made it for us! They went above and beyond every time. Anytime we needed anything they made sure we had it. They let us borrow a corkscrew to open wine multiple times. At one point I dropped my phone in the sewer grate outside the hotel when getting out of a taxi and the hotel staff tried to help us get it out, even fashioning a makeshift tool to try to pull it up. One of them ended up walking to the nearby police station to get an officer that came...

With outside, non-guest traffic accessing the rooftop terrace, it is faster using the stairs during busy hours. The lighting in the bathroom is poorly designed- you have to sit down to get any light on your face, and there really needs to be more towel hangers, etc."
