"Lovely stay. Eloi is a superb host, for whom nothing seemed too much trouble. The property is in a superb location, with fabulous views over the mountain to the border with Spain. Privacy is guaranteed, but you do have to enjoy isolation, as the nearest shops and bars are a hair-raising 25 minute drive up and down the mountain on a very narrow, twisty road. "We were stunned by the spacious and tidy rooms. Kitchens were very well equipped (better than we ever encountered in many other apartments we visited with this group of friends + kids). "My wife Jo and I spent a very pleasant ten days at Mas Santol. The gite is very beautiful, in a great location not far from the charming small town of Ceret. We explored the area and also went further afield, to the beach at Le Racoul and into the mountains of Prats-de-Mollo. Martine and Serge were very nice to deal with.
