"Located in a walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. Nice, clean house with all the necessary facilities. WiFi is very slow, due to be the SIM card type rather than wired. Neighbors from two sides are horrible, both was shouting on us and other holiday makers next door for making noise (in the middle of the day children was playing around the pool, getting excited) Saying that they are living here and want some peace and us coming here and disturbing it. "Amazing garden and pool with great facilities for kids, teenagers and adults alike. A little inconvenient with one bathroom for 7 people but that is clearly stated in description. Xavier, the owner, very helpful and responsive, provided everything we needed and more."

"The house in Roses was gorgeous with a beautiful pool and view of the town. It was spacious and comfortable and suited our family well. We would have appreciated more proactive communication as well as additional towels, soap, trash bags, etc which are usually included in rentals to make our stay easier. Still it was a wonderful property and we enjoyed our stay."

"We stayed here three years previously and this time is was just as clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our holiday. The provision of a fan in the bedroom was a very welcome addition for the hot nights. It's in a very quiet location, but convenient for amenities in nearby Ceret and a wealth of walking options. Our only disappointment was that the bat roost that had been in the veranda roof had been blocked up since we were last there - on our last visit we had enjoyed sitting out...

"Pros: Nice location, good size place for two families with kids. Has a pool. Cons: Hidden extra costs (bed linens and towels) and very stressful checkout (possibly due to English language). Pool was not heated enough for that time of year (15c) and almost all the door locks don’t work or don’t work well. Fix some of these small things and the place would have been a more pleasant stay."

"Nous avons passé un agréable séjour avec un couple d'amis. La maison est située dans un quartier résidentiel très calme. Tout se fait à pieds à 5 min du port de plaisance et 10 minutes de la plage et des commerces et des restaurants. Magnifique et grande piscine très appréciable avec cette chaleur. Climatisation très fonctionnelle. Aménagement de la maison conforme au descriptif, spacieuse et fonctionnelle . Très bon accueil de Bernard et Nicole. Nous y reviendrons surement."

"Belle villa très bien équipée clim dans toutes les pièces, vaisselle, rangement, équipements très satisfaisant pour des familles ou groupes d'amis nombreux.Grande piscine à température idéal présence de transats et équipements d'extérieurs. Gros point fort ça cuisine d'extérieur très bien équipée. Petit bémol la maison ce situe un peu loin des rues commerçantes pour une sortie tardive (glace ou cocktails). Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et recommandons la villa tillea."
