"There are far more expensive places to stay on VRBO, and this place is a very good value. It is not as well maintained and polished as some, but it is a beach house, it is clean and big-free. The home is older and needs some TLC, but it is practical, roomy, in a fabulous location on a fabulous beach. Beds are comfy. We stayed here twice and might return again! It is an amazing beach property without the luxury that makes some homes unaffordable. L"

"House was very clean inside, plenty of room for our party. The host was great and very responsive. The front of the house was another story, I honestly thought we were at the wrong place. The driveway had a huge pothole that you had to drive through. The landscaping was overgrown and unkept and there was a terrible smell on the back deck that may have been coming from a neighbor or underneath."

"Loved the house, pool and location. We spent two days at Porpoise Point Beach. My only recommendations would be the yard needs some attention, the outside furniture needs to be replaced along with the grill. The house was beautiful and well stocked. It was just as described. We would stay there again."

"This house was incredible. It fit 16 people with ease. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances and dishes, plenty of towels, even for the beach. They even had chairs and such to use at the beach. The beds were comfortable, which made for a good night's rest. The teens loved the game room, the chess, and of course, we all enjoyed the pool. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again."
