The location of the apartment was lovely, but the ongoing renovations in the building with visible debris were a noticeable disruption, with dusty common areas and unexpected entries into our apartment. "The location of this property is fantastic. Steps to the beach. Great views of the ocean as well as the fun filled streets. Very secure. Even tho the property is in a very busy section of town, it was really easy to shut out the excitement (and possible noise) of the street and beach. "The apartment was very affordable and the location was relatively quiet. It has no air conditioning, but it is not hot at the beginning of June and you have a pleasant air from the sea.
