A credit card pre-authorization of 250€ is required. No funds will be held or charged as long as there is no damage to the apartment. The pre-authorization is automatically canceled 10 days after check-out. A processing fee of 6€ applies, and we use a specialized company called Truvifor this process.
In Catalonia, property owners are legally required to collect information from all guests, including minors, and submit it to the local police within 24 hours of check-in.
All guests aged 17 and overmust pay a tourist tax of 1€per person per day, up to a maximum of €7 per person.
