Upon entering, the main hallway leads to a luxurious living room with calm lighting, modern colours and textures. A comfortable sofa invites you to relax and enjoy a book or watch your favourite programme on the large smart TV. A strong internet connection also allows you to mix a little business with pleasure when required. A thoughtful welcome station greets you, complete with a comprehensive home manual with local insights and personalised recommendations.



The open plan living room leads to a spacious dining area with an open-plan kitchen which enjoys plenty of natural light thanks to the glass roof.



The high-quality kitchen is well equipped with all modern appliances and has ample worktop space so, whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or a gourmet meal, you'll find everything you need.



Come evening, retreat to two inviting bedrooms, each offering comfort and cleanliness. The master bedroom boasts a comfortable double bed which can also be separated into two singles, with soothing light and smart tv. The second bedroom also has two single beds with quality mattresses, bedside tables and lamps and a smart tv.



Freshen up in the thoughtfully equipped and modern bathroom with bidet and walk-in shower, which features essential toiletries and fresh towels for your convenience.



A short 15-minute stroll down the Rambla leads you to the marina, where a captivating seafront promenade awaits together with beautiful sandy beaches. There is also a large indoor market just around the corner where you’ll find the freshest ingredients and a range of local delicacies and, on Friday and Saturday, there are outdoor markets.



Moreover, a mere 10-minute walk to the train station offers easy access to nearby Sitges (a mere 5 minutes away), as well as Barcelona and Tarragona (just 50 minutes away), promising endless adventures in Catalonia's diverse landscapes and vibrant culture.



Water sports enthusiasts will find bliss in nearby facilities offering windsurfing, surfing, and kayaking, while horse riding and mountain hiking await in the scenic surroundings. Alternatively, indulge in jet ski or boat rentals at the stunning Vilanova marina.

The apartment forms part of a quiet residential build that offers views over the Rambla. Guests must always follow the community rules and be respectful to the neighbours.

The main guest must complete a brief verification process.

A credit card pre-authorization of €300is required. No funds will be held or charged as long as there is no damage to the apartment. The pre-authorization is automatically canceled 10 days after check-out. A processing fee of €6applies, and we use a specialized company called Truvifor this process.

In Catalonia, property owners are legally required to collect information from all guests, including minors, and submit it to the local police within 24 hours of check-in.

All guests aged 17 and over must pay a tourist taxof €2 per person per day, up to a maximum of €14 per person.
