"Lovely location, the house was very modern and clean. The kitchen was extremely well equipped, lounge area was comfortable and the outside seating area was really nice, with great mountain views. We paid extra to have the pool heated, and managed to swim every day, would definitely recommend the property."

"Hotel extremely understaffed and overrated, Reception seldom has somebody to support guests, restaurant also incredibly understaffed. Employees are helpful but clearly not enough, when staff cut to the bone service becomes mediocre. This is what focus on cost cutting by hotel owners looks like, cost cutting through minimum staffing is their priority. Very disappointing, not in line with a 4-star hotel."
