"It was a trial finding the apartment, the link in the booking website took us to a different, Google maps then took us to another place, eventually the agent dropped us a pin to the actual apartment, so probably just cut out all the messing around and get the agent to drop you a pin to the apartment location. The apartment had a strange odour of pumpkins!"

"This property was just beautiful! Surrounded by mountains in a beautiful little town! The host greeted us and showed us the property. She was very nice! The beds were unbelievably comfortable! The property was spotless! I can’t say enough! We were in Italy for 2 weeks and by far this was the most comfortable and best place we stayed! Thank you to the hosts for such an amazing time! "

"This property was a great find! About a 9 minute walk from the train station. The host provided excellent check in instructions with videos. She was very responsive to communication throughout our stay. She certainly went above and beyond. "This is a modern boutique hotel about two three blocks from the train station. There is a secure gate that requires a code once you check in. The same code is used for the front door as well as your room. We made a mistake of telling the hotel we would be arriving in the early afternoon and then showed up at noon. Because this is a very small hotel (12 rooms, I believe) the front desk is not always staffed - but someone is there. We were caught in the rain trying to get through the gate. Just something to consider. Our room was stylish, fairly large, and quiet despite being on the main drag in Tirano. What really impressed us were the towels. Wow! These towels were so big and fluffy! For such a reasonably-priced hotel you are getting some very nice towels. Breakfast is included and was quite good. Italian hotels tend to make a big effort for breakfast. This hotel wasn't quite up there with some of the hotels in bigger Italian cities, but then those hotels are typically much more expensive. Another plus: the hotel is associated with a restaurant next door. They give you a discount card good for 10% off dinner. Do not pass up this offer. The restaurant is excellent."
