"Great atmosphere! The rooms super clean and updated; the staff beyond amazing and cafeteria 24hrs all inclusive! besides the free fruit and water in every single floor , you get to enjoy free breakfast also!!!. Location is perfect , you literally are in the Centro Histórico! I give this place 5 stars ⭐️ without a doubt! 👏👏👏"

Hotel Bellas Artes

"We chose this hotel for its excellent location—directly across from Palacio de Bellas Artes and within walking distance of major museums and landmarks. The hotel itself was clean, quiet, and the staff was friendly, helpful, and assisted us with arranging an airport shuttle (for a fee). Currently, access to the hotel is challenging due to an ongoing protest encampment outside. Guests must walk through low-hanging tarps, tents, and dark areas with limited visibility, especially at night, as streetlights were not functioning. The street closure also makes Uber or taxi pickups inconvenient, requiring guests to walk to meet their ride, which can be difficult with luggage. None of this is the hotel’s fault, but it is important to consider before booking. One small issue: a bathroom mat was provided only on the first night and never replaced, despite the cold bathroom floor. I would recommend this hotel but once the protests are over with."

"Nos encantó que el RITZ está localizado en el centro histórico de la Ciudad de México. Es una excelente área ya que uno puede caminar todo a su alrededor y visitar diferentes puntos del centro sin necesidad de transporte público. Nuestra estadía fue excelente con muy buen servicio al cliente. La habitación tal y cual te la describen, y limpia. Cuando se trato de amenidades extras, el personal del hotel fue eficaz y rápidos con su servicio. El último día pasamos a desayunar a su área de restauran. Tienen muy buenas opciones y todo lo que nosotras pedimos estuvo riquísimo, el servicio de sus meseras fue agradable. Definitivamente recomiendo este lugar para su próxima visita. Y desde luego que yo volveré a quedarme en el RITZ en mi próxima estadía!"
