Cannot say enough positive comments in regards to the property itself and the staff. Upon our initial arrival we were a bit concerned- not a very safe area and appeared as though no restaurant and limited staff. Boy were we pleasantly surprised! Lunch and dinner menus at the outdoor pool bar area and inside dining room were great! Prices were super and food was even better ! Absolutely no need to go anywhere Breakfast was included - there was fruit and slices meats and breads/ cereal daily as well as a different egg dish daily - small but ok Would definitely stay again if need a precruise or post cruise place to stay Desk manager was very helpful!!! Only complaint - no Diet Coke haha

The hotel is nice and clean most of safe. Dinning area is clean but food is very poor and breakfast was not good at all in my opinion. Overall this was my second time in this hotel. I just dine outside the hotel.

This hotel is really nice and clean. The rooms are delightful and clean. the pool area beautiful but food was horrible. The guys in the front desk are really helpful and kind. I didn’t like the restaurant food or service.

We stayed one night before boarding our cruise in La Romana. It took over an hour to arrive from Punta Cana. We did not get a chance to explore the area but the hotel itself is quaint and clean and the pool area is a good size. Our room was on the small side but that wasn’t a problem since we just came to sleep. The hotel staff is very friendly and this place provides great value. We would stay here again.

What an amazing hotel very clean and safe. Room is spacing. Food was poor, they need to change their menu. The ladies in the restaurant are not too welcoming. The front desk young men are so helpful and friendly . Poolside loved it. I give a 7.5 out 10. Just because the food was not good and the service in the restaurant. Over all everything was great!

We loved the hotel (very nice, clean and the service was good). We love music, but there was very loud music the whole day and a great part of the night. When we were around the pool, we could hardly understand each other. Even when we were in the room, with everything closed, you could hear the music. Maybe it was because of the celebration of the independence day, but it really was exhausting

This is so cute and nicely done and the staff were excellent at trying to help and the property was very clean. Unfortunately, I reserved and paid for a room with a king bed which was not available. We were taken to the smallest room with the smallest bed. The only other room was slightly larger with 2 small beds, I believe they would be a full size which doesn’t really work when you’re over 6” tall! We also were instructed that it was not safe to just go walk down the street so there is also that. The staff was excellent at trying to help us, I would just confirm that you are getting the correct room with the correct size bed!
