The staff were incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. They always made sure we had everything we needed. We understood the pool was under maintenance, especially with the chilly weather. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Aguascalientes. My only complaint would be the beds are uncomfortable but other than that everything was great. Breakfast was amazing, staff was super friendly and very attentive. We were treated like royalty!!!! It was amazing! Definitely going back!
