"At checkin, system was down and we did not get the room we paid for. This was corrected by Frontdesk later that evening.
Hotel has huge windows with amazing views but in June (summer) the hotel becomes a furnace. The room and public areas were just too hot for our comfort. There are no airconditioned rooms or areas in the hotel and we could not excape the heat other than go back in our car and drive around.
Our misfortune was that our checkin was December 24 and most services (F&B, Spa) were...

The rooms were beautiful. The grounds were beautiful. They had a small business center and had an amazing spa with treatment rooms a beautiful heated pool a Jacuzzi steam sauna showers. Complementary breakfast was wonderful and the restaurant was very good food at a good value. This was an amazing last-minute find I would’ve done better if I had prepared for a year."
