He was a very prompt and clear communicator who went out of his way to be helpful when we were looking to store our luggage for the day before checking in. The apartment itself was comfortable and the location was excellent; we could pop down the stairs and be right in the middle of bustling Siena but the apartment wasn’t noisy and we were able to get quiet and restful sleep. We would definitely stay here again!"

"This was a great place to stay. Not sure we had to walk much more than 10 minutes to get to all the sites we visited. Keep in mind the info that states there isn’t an elevator. The climb is definitely worth it but not if you have difficulty with stairs. Paolo was a wonderful host, communicated quickly and had good recommendations. Would gladly stay here again!!"

"Everything you need for a quiet, comfortable, scenic stay in the Tuscan countryside. Nestled among grape vines and olive trees, Rita's home is the perfect place from which to launch day trips to San Gimignano, Siena and Florence, or just for relaxing. "Absolutely beautiful views, extremely helpful and friendly hosts, and not far from Florence or Siena. It was sadly too cold in early May for the pool, but we spent a lot of time on the patio and by the pool reading, eating, drinking wine and marveling at the sunsets. I highly recommend that you ask the hosts for local restaurant recommendations! One of their recommendations was the best meal we had during our two weeks in Italy. "We stayed in this apartment in Oct2023. Overall our stay there was good. The front of the apartment is on a busy street on the 4th floor. The website shows beautiful views which are from the balconies from the front of the apartment. The views were incredible and we enjoyed watching the sunrise from the balcony.
