"I only found it convenient that there was a microwave and a fridge. The room was disgusting and reeked of weed and cigarettes although it was booked in advance as a “non-smoking” room. The woman in the front asked if a smoking room was ok after my reservation clearly stated I reserved a non-smoking room. Even after she told me she could accommodate me I found out the room was not what I expected and my needs were not met. I reported it immediately and they still would not give me the non-smoking...
