"Great location near Notre Dame, shopping, and a courtyard with several nice restaurants. Walkable and safe neighborhood near metro and LGBTQ bars. Staff is very friendly, helpful, and speak English well. Front desk provided great recommendations for restaurants, helped book transport from Gare du Nord and to CDG airport. Hearty breakfast included, bar is open at night, spa available. Only negative is we had our credit cards compromised by their third party booking agency."

"I have to give a shout out specifically to the women at the front desk who went above and beyond to ensure I got to my train on time and helped with speaking to the taxi driver to make sure he dropped me off at the best spot possible. Thank you for helping me!"
