"It’s nice hotel with breakfast ! Convenient location and nice staff service but clients are noisy at night ! I needed ear plugs "

"We stayed for one night before our flight out of Turin airport. The staff was tremendously friendly and helpful. We rented one of the apartments, we need a king for my husband and I and a separate bed for our 14 year old son. It was a sofa bed but more comfortable than most. One challenge was with one keycard to turn on the electric in the room, when my husband left to get items from the car he took the key set to get back in and once the card was removed we lost lights to the unit while I was showering. This may be an easy fix of asking for two sets of keys. We did not since we were only there for such a brief time. Thought it was worth mentioning. Also, street parking was busy and difficult to find. When I messaged staff they said that directly in front of the hotel is reserved hotel parking between some orange and white cones. I should have asked this earlier. Hope this information helps the next one looking to park. "

"Lovely hotel, very comfortable, clean, good room service and staff very helpful. Within walking distance of historic centre and opposite train station for metro and longer journeys. We were glad we picked this hotel in Turin. It contributed to our enjoyment of the holiday. Would feel happy making a return visit."

"Really well located hotel and not charging stupid prices. Staff were great, room was comfortable and quiet, especially for such a central location. Breakfast was of a decent standard too. This isn’t the smartest hotel in Turin and nor is it the cheapest, but it must be amongst the best value for money."

"My room was charming, with flowered wallpaper, a four-poster bed, and a chaise longue. I appreciated not having to insert a card to control the lights. The lobby, bar, garden, and breakfast room were all beautiful. The breakfast buffet was well stocked, and the croissants were excellent. The location was very convenient, just a couple of blocks from the nearest Metro station and a couple of blocks farther to the Duomo. The hotel is on a small, quiet side street. The staff was welcoming and helpful. I did not use the spa facilities. I recommend this hotel with enthusiasm!"
