"Property was clean and comfortable. It's on th eother side of the building from the elevator so you have to walk around the whole building whenever you come and go. not the best when in ski boots or hauling your luggage but for the price it's hard to beat compared to other units. The property is across the street and about 150 yard walk to the gondola which isn't too bad as it's mostly flat. There are ski lockers on the 1st floor which is convenient. Access to the garage was a pain as we did not realize there was an extra fee for that not included in the price of the condo and there is no other place to park. We had to contact the rental agency to get that straightened out before the garage access would work. I did not see this in the description for the unit but I could have missed that and the per night fee seemed high for a guest.We did not use the hot tub but it looked nice and was well maintained. Our view was of the courtyard where the hot tub was and you could see part of the mountain.Bathroom was clean and toiletries were provided which was nice. The pull out sofa bed wasn't very comfortable but that typical of those so it's something to keep in mind if you need to use it.It's listed as ski-in/ski-out but it is not on the slopes and the unit is across the street."

"We stayed at this VRBO condo with two other families who also stayed in the same building and it was a major disappointment for all involved. The listing clearly advertised ski-in/ski-out access, but that is false. Between the confusing check-in process and the parking system, we lost half of our first morning of skiing as we could not pick up our rental equipment the afternoon before our first day. Major issues:1. Misrepresented ski-in/ski-out access not as advertised2. Parking system was the absolute worst. We were stranded inside the garage several times due to the requirement of paying 24 every 24 hours. 3. The check-in process was confusing. 4. Building requires different codes for your room and hot tub access. You must keep your phone and VRBO booking info handy at all times to get around.5. Condo lacked towels for hot tub.6. Very uncomfortable mattress, cheap pillows and poor-quality bed sheets. Sleep was terrible.Our family has stayed in VRBO rentals many times. This was the worst experience in terms of convenience, comfort and misrepresentation of ammenities. When the only thing you talk about on vacation is how bad everything is, it ruined the trip. I cannot recommend this property until the listing is correct, the parking system is fixed and the basic comforts are improved. This constitutes our first, and hopefully only, negative VRBO review."

"Somewhat cumbersome process to get in and out of the building access the pool and gym and room with a 12 digit code. The blinds in the living room area were cut too short so that they would barely stay in place in the mounting hardware. One of them fell down and broke. Could have injured somebody . The lighting was weak and I had to change a difficult to replace light bulb on arrival. There was only four plates with a notice that the dishwasher is loud. Needs more plates and bowls perhaps the dishwasher needs to be changed. Otherwise the place is as pictured and described and nice work very good underground parking. The host invited feedback."

"No wash cloths in room. Plenty of towels and hand towels. Tv was small to be across the entire room. Shower head holder was btoken and barely held shower head. Fell out a couple times while showering onto my head. Room qas a studio but good amount of room for 2 people. Room seemed a bit old with trim and appliances and furniture. Close to slopes. Have to walk all the way through building and next building to get to run sown to lift."
