"We are a family of 3 with a preschooler. We had so much fun playing on the snow just outside the hotel. The village is just few minutes walk while the scenery is very nice. The staff are very nice and accommodating. We would have love to go to the pool but it’s only available for adults."

"The place was fine, except there was one light switch that was missing and had a live wire in there. My husband touched it and got zapped. Also, I sent multiple messages to the host and I never got a response. The host needs to check their messages."
