"We were able to check in a few hours earlier which was so nice of the hotel staff as it rained quite a bit. Everyone at the Pinnacle from front staff, management, cleaning staff was super nice and greatedd us with a smile. The location is perfect, everything is within walking distance. The hotel is very clean and also offers secure bike storage and a bike cleaning station outside. We absolutely enjoyed our stay with you and I wanted to give all the staff at the Pinnacle a huge shout out for everything you do for your guests! I highly recommend this place. "
