"New, clean and great staff"

"Everything was clean and neat. It was an older hotel that had been updated/renovated. It was in very good condition. The staff was nice. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was ok, nothing special but not terrible. The pool was clean, warm, well-maintained. The price was good. Not a bad hotel."

"Room was clean and comfortable but a bit Spartan. Shower, AC, refrigerator, microwave worked fine. Lighting was depressingly dim and inadequate. Wi-Fi was worse than inadequate, painfully slow and kept cutting out. I stayed 3 nights but the fourth night I had a zoom meeting so I bailed and moved to a different motel down the road."

"Our room and breakfast were pretty nice. The hotel is a bit out of the way for restaurants (other than the pizza place next door), but only 5 minutes from Baraboo by car. I loved that half of the Jacuzzi was outside. the check-in-day receptionist was polite but did the bare minimum -- offered no information at all on breakfast, wifi, and where the amenities are located. While the hotel is only 3 years old, the water fountains did not work, the lock on the swimming pool door usually did not...

"The toilet seat was ready to fall off. The TV remote was impossible to use. Needed instructions for the remote. Kids in the pool were unsupervised."

"Staff went out of their way to help us when we ran out of milk for our baby. The hotel is very well kept!"
