On the first floor we find the kitchen open to the living room, with fireplace and TV. There is a bedroom with a double bed and on this same floor there is a bathroom with a shower.

On the second floor there is the second bedroom with three single beds.

From the first floor, going down some stairs we reach a private patio.

Outside we find a kitchen with a barbecue, a large terrace with a swimming pool with a bubble area, surrounded by grass and sun loungers.

It shares the same access to the property with two other houses that are on the same plot, but the pool is private for the exclusive use of the clients of this house.

Pasamos dieciocho días en casa de Antonio y pasamos unas vacaciones muy agradables. El alojamiento es muy agradable; para ser su primer año, pensaron en todo; no falta de nada. La ropa de cama es de buena calidad, está muy limpio y la zona de la piscina también está bien equipada, con un pequeño extra durante nuestra estancia: una tumbona. Antonio es muy atento y siempre está pendiente de nosotros. Tuvimos el placer de conocer a su esposa e hijos. El alojamiento está bien ubicado, cerca de una autopista y una vía rápida. Pudimos visitar Sevilla, Córdoba, Granada, Ronda, Marbella, Nerja y muchos pueblos pequeños, incluyendo, por supuesto, Málaga. Pudimos disfrutar del ambiente de la finca contigua, jugar con las cabras y los perros y charlar con Pablo y Antonio (otro). Lo recomendamos encarecidamente a cualquiera que quiera visitar Andalucía o disfrutar de la tranquilidad junto a la piscina.

Acabamos de pasar 15 días en esta hermosa región. Ubicada en el corazón de las montañas, esta villa cumple con todos los requisitos principales: piscina, servicios y tranquilidad. Enclavada en el campo, con magníficas vistas, pero cerca de varios pueblos, es fácil comer algo rápido y hacer la compra diaria. ¡Un deleite para la vista! Y una gran ventaja: la ubicación permite disfrutar del calor, pero con una ligera brisa. Es más fresco que la ciudad, así que es aún mejor (para quienes están acostumbrados a climas menos soleados 😉). En resumen, ¡se puede respirar mientras se disfruta de la piscina! En resumen, todo fue perfecto, y Antonio es muy amable y responde a todas nuestras preguntas.

Allt var fräscht och motsvarade bilderna i annonsen. Uthyraren var väldigt trevlig och tillmötesgående. Varmvattnet krånglade hela första veckan, sedan byttes varmvattenberedaren ut. Poolområdet låg på andra sidan gårdsplanen ca 20 m från huset. Den stora nackdelen var att huset låg på en getgård med en förfärlig stank och mycket flugor. Det fanns det ingen information om i annonsen.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in dieser wunderschönen, wunderschön restaurierten und sehr gut ausgestatteten Villa. Wir wurden von Antonio, dem freundlichen Besitzer, begrüßt, der immer bereit war, uns Adressen oder gute Informationen zu geben. Die Villa liegt ruhig im hübschen kleinen Dorf Villanueva. Wir haben das Schwimmbad genutzt. Die Aussicht ist großartig. Sehr schöner Urlaub.

Dieses Haus war eine gute Wahl, weil wir eine ruhige und private Umgebung mögen. Es ist komplett ausgestattet. Darüber hinaus gibt es einen Grill auf der Außenterrasse und einen eingebauten Grill. Und vor allem dieser wunderschöne private Pool für uns allein. Wir genossen auch die herrliche Aussicht auf den Torcal. Für Freunde und Bekannte können wir es wärmstens empfehlen!
