Located mid-way between the 2 towns of Almogia & Villanueva de la Concepcion. The historic town of Antequera is 26Km away with Torcal National Park on route. The perfect rural getaway 5 minutes' drive from the small hamlet of Pastelero with its 2 excellent bar restaurants serving a wide range of delicious Spanish dishes and a small bakery. Positioned with access for day trips to Andalusia’s historic cities, this is the perfect location for lounging by the pool, walking, cycling or day tripping. This beautiful finca has been renovated and stylishly furnished to provide a luxurious and comfortable home away from home. Comfortable beds, Wi-Fi plus International TV Channels available. The emphasis is on peace and tranquility, set in idyllic rural surroundings where the only sounds are those of goat bells. complete with ample terraces surrounding the fincas private pool where you will enjoy BBQ´s and alfresco dining. Lots of beautiful countryside walks straight from the door.

The Finca is situated within 8 acres of farmland and Orchards. The property is at the end of a concreted track so no passing cars will disturb you and you are free to roam. Guests have a large terrace with teak sunbeds and parasols to one end of the pool and there is a covered terrace for dining. There is a Gas BBQ area and separate table & chairs for aperitifs or just reading a good book. Pool and terrace areas are private for this property and not overlooked.


It should be noted that the 3rd en-suite bedroom is not in the main house but located at the rear of the property and is accessed through its own entrance, so is not suitable for children (under 16). The layout of the property works especially well for a larger group/family, especially if someone wants a bit of space away from the main house.

A) The villa´s final kilometer is by good concrete road, so no need for expensive 4 x 4 car hire.

A) No, the villa is the last property at the end of the lane with no passing traffic.
4.Q) How close does the nearest barking dog live?
A) This is rural Spain so as you would expect farms in the valley do own goat herding dogs. The nearest dog resides over 800m away, so will not disturb you on your holiday.
5.Q) How close is the nearest Restaurant / Bar
A) There are 2 very good restaurant / bars within a 5 min drive (2.2kms) or 30 min walk of the villa, the food is exceptional and we confidently predict you will go more than once.

All children and teenagers, regardless of swimming ability, should be constantly supervised by an adult that can swim and is able to jump into the pool to assist a child in danger of drowning.
