"We had a lovely balcony room for 3 nights with a great view. The pool was lovely and well maintained. We used Cabify for a taxis to and from the hotel who were very reasonably priced. We would have liked to have gone around the ruins but are currently closed. Two slight disappointments were that when I emailed the hotel to ask if they had parking (in case we got a hire car), they told me they didn't and we'd have to park in the public car park 100m away. "Hotel Amadeus is a fabulous property! The staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. I arrived well after the scheduled check-in time due to multiple flight delays and cancellations, but they were kind enough to make arrangements for my late arrival without any issues. The hotel is in a fantastic location, within walking distance of many of the city's most popular attractions, making it easy to explore. "We stayed 2 nights here and were not very pleased with our stay. We got a basement room that had a window that was blocked by a wall and right next to our room they were doing construction so early morning you got a hammer drill wakeup. No iron in your room, half a toilet roll and small little bottle of shampoo and conditioner, pretty disappointing at a 4 star hotel rating. They do have a small pool on the 4th floor but with so many guests it is pretty crowded as you had small kids also trying...

"Fenomenal, 100% recomendada, céntrica a 6 minutos caminando de la estación de trenes, subway tranvía de San Bernardo, acceso a todas la conexiones de buses y taxis. Te puedes venir en bus desde el Aeropuerto. Muy bien ubicada, amplio gimnasio, piscina, limpia ordenada, las habitaciones no son muy grandes pero están bien equipadas, y el personal es muy amable. Desayuno excelente."
