With its 3 bedrooms, mezzanine & 2 bathrooms, our duplex well equipped to accommodate 10 people, occupies the last 2 floors of a cottage (condominium farm Beaufortain, Bisanne 1500, field of Saisies).

Ski at the feet (Planay trail), at 1600m altitude, in the heart of the Diamant area (192 km of track, 6 villages connected).

Balcony facing south, with panoramic views of the Mont Blanc range & the Beaufortain valley.

Wifi included, flat screen TV, washing machine, dishwasher, Bluetooth speaker, board games and hiking maps, fondue & raclette appliances.

Cellar available for storage of 10 pairs of skis, sleds and shoes.

Reserved parking spaces in the condo.

Surface: 75 m² (of which 14 m² to less than 1.80m) + balcony (6. 5 m²) + ski cellar (1.5 m²).

Located in Bisanne 1500, between ski slopes and a hamlet of chalets with shops and restaurants. Ideal for winter sports or summer holidays type hiking.

- 900 m walk: supermarket Proxi (bread, meat, cheese, vegetables, prepared dishes, ...) in ski season, checkout and departure lifts, tourist office.
- 5 km: Saisies station.
- 10 km from Villard-sur-Doron (supermarket, petrol pump).
