Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you, in Villarembert, this charming apartment with chairlifts to 30 meters, ideal to benefit from the 138 tracks of the field of Sybelles (4th largest field of France), with swimming pool within the residence, of a surface of 39 m ² and being able to accomodate until 6 travellers. Located on the first floor, it is composed of a nice living room of 16 m², an open fully equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, two bathrooms and you can enjoy a balcony. We are waiting for you!
The housing is composed as follows:
- A living room of 16 m² with TV, Wifi included, sofa bed and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates...
- Room 1 : a double bed (140×190) and a television.
- Room 2 : bunk beds.
- A bathroom with bathtub.
- A shower room with shower.
- Separate toilet.
Exterior:
- A balcony/terrace of about 8 m² on the ground floor overlooking the slopes.
Common areas of the residence:
- Heated outdoor pool, about 5×10 meters, secured by an electric shutter, accessible from December 18 to April 15, and from July 2 to August 27. Outside these dates, the pool is closed. (opening dates non-contractual and subject to change).
- Sauna (reservation protocol to be seen on site).
- Fitness area.
The apartment is ideally located in Villarembert, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
You will benefit from the ideal location of the residence at 30 m from the ski lift, 300 m from the first shops, and 350 m from the ESF kindergarten. At 1500 m of altitude, the resort of Corbier will offer you an exceptional panorama on the most beautiful surrounding summits, everything will be gathered to ensure you a most pleasant stay!
A restaurant-bar "L'épicurien" is open in the residence during winter and summer. You can eat tartiflette, fondue, raclette but also pizzas. On order, viennoiserie and bread in the morning. Possibility to rent ski equipment...
Activities :
- You will have many activities: downhill skiing, hiking, snowpark, paragliding or microlight flight, sledging, dog sled rides, ski school at 600 meters, mountain biking ...
- Numerous ESF activities, musical welcome drink, HARIBO sled race, human curling, visit to the farm, torchlight descent.
- The resort has been labeled "Family Plus" since 2006 with activities adapted to all ages.
- Sports activities: bike park with sled and scooter for 3-12 year olds / 7.4 km track for electric bikes, zip line, trampoline, paragliding, archery, discovery of the summits on horseback, "Île aux Dragons" leisure park...
Transportation :
- You can park directly in the private numbered parking lot in the basement with a keyed barrier (standard size for 1 tourist vehicle).
- Bus stop at 50 m which serves various places of the resort of Corbier.
- St Jean de Maurienne train station at 25 minutes by car.
- Chambéry airport at 1h15 by car (shuttles possible from the airport).
Other remarks :
- The resort is open from mid-December to mid-April and from early July to late August. Outside these periods, the resort and its shops are completely closed. These dates are non-contractual and are subject to adjustment by the resort.
- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation.
- All children's swimming is under the full responsibility of their parents.
- Laundry facilities are available in building A for a fee.
- Cleaning at the end of the stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). The rates given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside of the times indicated is subject to availability of the person in charge of reception. An additional fee may be requested.
