For shared use: swimming pool heated (25 x 12 m, depth 90 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 14.Dec. - 11.Apr. and 28.Jun. - 29.Aug. pool opening hours: 10:00-19:30). In the complex: lift, storage room for skis. Public parking. Shop 550 m, grocery 50 m, restaurant, bar 550 m, bus stop "Centre-Bagagerie" 600 m, railway station "St Jean de Maurienne" 17 km, outdoor swimming pool 550 m. Ski lift, chair lift, slopes 50 m, ski school 600 m, ski-kindergarten 250 m, sled run 600 m. Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. Additional accommodations can be booked. The swimming pool facilities are 400 m from the residence at the municipal pool. Entrance for under 3’s is not allowed. Children between 3 and 5 years old are allowed subject to weather conditions (in winter). Entrance tickets to the swimming pool are included in your rental price and will be given to you when you check in.

Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.). Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Appartement très bien situé et conforme aux photos... mais équipement qui laisse à désirer : pas de grille pain ni de bouilloire électrique, prises dans la cuisine hors normes, électricité (prises et branchement télé) sommaire Essoreuse à salade indigne d'une location canapé lit vétuste (dessus déchiré)

appartement bien situé, propre avec belle vue sur les pistes, mais manque de fonctionnalités, un sèche serviette électrique dans la salle de bain et un tuyau de douche à taille adulte serait les biens venu, investir dans un nouveau séchoir et des portes manteaux pour faire sécher les affaires de ski serait un plus. Niveau cuisine un nouveau four car l'état de celui-ci ne permet aucune cuisson et manque un grille pain et une bouilloire. Changer les radiateurs de vrai grilles pains. Changer aussi le clic-clac car cote assise une horreur pour dormir, mousse écrasée.
