Shop 350 m, grocery 50 m, restaurant, bar 350 m, bus stop "Centre-Bagagerie" 500 m, railway station "St Jean de Maurienne" 17 km, outdoor swimming pool 350 m. Ski lift, chair lift 150 m, ski school 350 m, ski-kindergarten 100 m, sled run 350 m. Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. Additional accommodations can be booked. The swimming pool indicated is located 250 m from the residence: it is the municipal outdoor swimming pool. Children from 3 to 5 years old, access authorized depending on weather conditions (in winter). The swimming pool is included with the rental.

Spacieux et bien situé… mais plusieurs bémols à soulever compte tenu du prix de la prestation qui à mon sens est trop élevé: - le mobilier ancien ( voire abîmé) - des équipements utiles à la vie de tous les jours manquants (bouilloire par exemple) Dans l’ensemble reste correct mais rapport qualité / prix non justifié pour moi

Propre mais très mal isolé et beaucoup de fils électrique qui traînent Branchement électrique plus que moyen et pas vraiment aux normes Très peu sécurisant comme appartement Dommage , vu le prix !

Appartement agréable mais vétuste. Meubles Vieux et abîmés. Vitrages inadaptés ce qui créer beaucoup de condensation y compris sur les murs.... Fuites eau dans les toilettes. Vaisselle vétuste également en ce qui concerne les poêles par exemple. Vraiment dommage car sinon c'est une belle location.
