Shop 5 km, grocery 5 km, restaurant 2 km, bakery 5 km, bus stop "Auberge de jeunesse" 6 km, railway station "Bourg Sainte Maurice" 14 km. Chair lift 2 km, slopes 2 km. Nearby attractions: Parc National de la Vanoise. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Les Arcs 2 km, Val d'Isere & Tignes 25 km, Sainte Foy Tarentaise 10 km. Hiking paths: La Vanoise. Please note: car recommended. Local sale of farm products. In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis.
3-room apartment 60 m2, on the upper ground floor. Comfortable and beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (160 cm, length 190 cm), TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony, east facing position. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (80 cm, length 190 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Shower, sep. WC. Electric heating. Balcony, east facing position. Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (2 cars). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.
