"First of all -the host-Stanislas- is the best! Communication is immediate and always helpful. Apartment is in the best possible location - 1 minute walking distance to the beach, 1 minute from the famous Flower Mary, and you are basically in the center of the old Nice. "The property was very charming as was our hostess. The villa is on a hillside overlooking Nice with wonderful views and we sat on the terrace every evening to watch the sun set behind the mountains. The apartment is very well equipped and comfortable. There is a bus stop just outside the property to get down to the train station where you have easy access to trains, trams and buses that can get you anywhere you need to go (we didn't rent a car). The only caution is to watch the bus schedule...

"We spent 3 weeks at this wonderful apartment and enjoyed it very much. It is secure and very safe. The location just across from the beach and all local attractions made it close to everything. We enjoyed the large deck with outdoor seating. Communication with Roxanne was perfect and she promptly answered any questions that we had and gave great recommendations. We would stay here again. "

"We had a wonderful week at this beautiful and well located apartment. Plenty of space to hang out and a great kitchen to cook meals. Fully stocked with all you might need, including laundry and beach towels and a little cart to do groceries. Phillipe was attentive and gave us a great tour of the apartment and Louisa’s recommendations for restaurants were perfect. "

"The apartment is in a very convenient location. The view is amazing and we spent many mornings watching the sun rise over the mountain. It’s far enough from the tourist area so it’s not as crowded. We traveled a lot by tram (stop is just around the corner) and by bus (stops are right in front of the apartment). The caretaker is responsive, pleasant, and just great to work with. If we make it back to Nice we will stay here again."

"Apartment is in a great location but could be so much better if they updated. Second bathroom towel rail broken and put under basin, shower facet on last legs. All the furniture looks as though it has come from a cheap flea market. The crockery was old and stained. The blinds in the lounge and dining area are broken so light and noise comes into the apartment. With a bit more TLC this could be a great apartment "

"Best location to all things in Nice. Tram stop nearby and if you are a walker then this is heaven. Just moments from the beach, shops, food, and historic sights. You do have to climb a few flights of stairs to the apartment but it worked for us. Not to mention the view from the apartment is amazing. "

"Not a luxury flat! Not enough beds for our group of 10 while property labeled sleeps 11. Lack of necessary commnunication from owner and wrong address was provided. Property lacks everything including toilet paper, gabage bag, etc. etc. so we had to go to grocery to buy all daily stuff. Owner only wants to collect money but not provide necessarties for guests stay. Not a good experience."
