The house is in a quiet summer village located on the south-east coast of Sardinia, surrounded by the famous and numerous beaches of Villasimius.
It is an apartment in a villa about 500 meters away. from the splendid Simius Playa (visible from the house).
Each apartment can accommodate 5 people (max 6), it is composed of a large living room, kitchen, double bedroom, a bedroom with 3 beds (plus a removable one) and a bathroom with shower.
It has 2 covered verandas, a well-kept garden with lawn, a barbecue, a washing machine, a TV, a water supply, a heat-conditioned system and other comforts. (linen rental on request).

Un soggiorno rilassante

Siamo stati in 4 (2 adulti e 2 bimbi) ospiti di Giancarlo e Rosa nell'appartamento del primo piano. La casa è comoda, molto ben accessoriata, con una splendida vista mare, un bel giardino dove poter mangiare all'aperto in una zona molto tranquilla e vicina sia alla spiaggia che al centro. I proprietari persone squisite e molto cordiali. La casa rispetta la descrizione e devo dire che la consiglio vivamente a chi vuol passare una vacanza in tranquillità e totale serenità. Giudizio molto positivo. Complimenti ai proprietari, torneremo senz'altro a trovarvi.

"Io e la mia famiglia siamo rimasti entusiasti da questa magnifica location vista mare di Villasimius. Abbiamo trascorso un bellissima settimana all''insegna di giornate di sole, godendoci pienamente il magnifico giardino di cui l'appartamento dispone nel silenzio e nella tranquillità che cercavamo. I proprietari sono persone eccezionali, discrete e sempre sorridenti e ci hanno viziati e stupiti con gesti di estrema cortesia come offrirci deliziose grigliate di pesce o cornetti caldi la mattina a colazione Sicuramente da consigliare a chi vuole ritrovare il calore di una casa.....ci torneremo sicuramente!!!"

Molto bella

Luogo splendido, la casa dotata di ogno confort e situata in zona strategica: mare e centro paese raggiungibili a piedi in pochi minuti. Proprietari molto gentili e sempre disponibili a dare ottimi consigli. Utilissimo, soprattutto per chi ha bambini, anche il giardino!

Splendida vacanza nella costa più bella della Sardegna. Casa pulitissima, super accessoriata e soprattutto immersa in un atmosfera di pace e relax. Proprietari incredibilmente gentili, e disponibili. l'unica pecca? il tempo vola... ma torneremo!!

"nous avons loué la partie basse de la maison car il y a une deuxième location au dessus par le même propriétaire. ce rez de chaussée est très agréable avec ses deux terrasses et est très bien équipé. les propriétaires, un couple de retraités, sont très agréables et font tout pour que votre séjour se passe bien. une belle plage de sable blanc est accessible à pieds (400 à 500m). c''est une très bonne adresse sans surprise."

"Abbiamo affittato l''app...

"Abbiamo affittato l''appartamento al piano terra, spazioso, pulito, ben arieggiato, silenzioso e conforme a quanto descritto nell''inserzione. E'' dotato di due giardini, uno più piccolo davanti all''ingresso che si vede dalle foto, uno più grande sul retro, con veranda dove si può mangiare e dondolo adorato dai bambini. La zona è tranquilla e a piedi (circa 700metri, da contachilometri dell''auto) si raggiunge la spiaggia di Simius, bella e grande, con sabbia fine e mare color smeraldo. A piedi si raggiungere anche il centro alla sera, circa 7-800 metri. Si può parcheggiare l''auto davanti a casa o nel parcheggio del villaggio di fronte. I proprietari sono persone simpatiche, discrete e disponibili. Siamo rimasti soddisfatti del soggiorno trascorso, e consigliamo a tutti l''appartamento."
