7 days on the beach.

I love this place. Large rooms, a lot of space for clothes, nice, clean swimming pool. Good breakfast. They have bar that serves drinks and food. Wonderful beach close by. Each apartment has veranda and place to dry clothes. Washing machine is 4 euro.

Zwei grosse, saubere Zimmer, mit super grosser Terrasse, wo wir immer abends gegessen haben. Das beste waren aber die zwei riesen Betten, die noch dazu sehr bequem waren. Die Austattung der Zimmer war als sehr gut zu bezeichnen. Das Frühstück war in Buffet-Form, wer da nicht satt wird, oder meckert ( wir haben 80 Euro für eine Übernachtung für 2 Personen mit Frühstück bezahlt - 5.5-10.5), der soll lieber all inclusive in Türkei oder Ägypten buchen und nicht nach Sardinien fliegen. Die Traumstände sind nur in ca. 10/15 Minuten Gehweg vom Resort entfernt. Ein Supermarket ist in ca. 8/10 Gehminuten entfernt. Das Personal war sehr nett und freundlich. Ich würde das S'incantu Resort zu 100% empfehlen.

Ho speso (2 adulti e 2 bambini) 956€ per 4 giorni per scoprire il secondo giorno che i letti non venivano rifatti, la camera non veniva pulita, la carta igienica ce la dovevamo comprare e alla partenza dovevamo provvedere a svuotare i cestini dell'appartamento nei cassonetti Il giorno della mia partenza, di fronte alle mie proteste, il personale mi ha assicurato che avrebbe controllato se la mia prenotazione era in formula hotel o residence e avrebbe eventualmente provveduto a restituirmi la cifra pagata in eccedenza. Inutile dire che non si è più fatto vivo nessuno. Posto che al momento della prenotazione posso avere sbagliato credendo di prenotare un albergo e non un semplice appartamento, ritengo che comunque il prezzo di €239.00 al giorno per non avere nessun sevizio sia eccessivo. Segnalo anche anche una colazione assolutamente scarsa.

Per noi è stata la base di appoggio per escursioni giornaliere nelle spiagge della zona. Bel giardino con piscina e costruzioni in pierra. Un po' modeste le camere, colazione accettabile, ma migliorabile.

Lovely appartment. Very clean, staff friendly. 15min walk to the beach. 30min walk to villasimius. Pool area clean, always free sunbeds.

On a vu mais c'est trop cher pour ce que c'est!

La première impression était bonne, cependant l'emplacement de la chambre était juste vers les poubelles, résultat: à 8h00 le camion poubelles venait tous les jours récupérer les résidus ce qui mettait de bonne humeur le chien du voisin qui gueulait pendant au moins 30min. Super les grâces matinées! Le service des chambres n'était pas inclus dans le prix (ce qui était nulle part notifié, au prix où sont les chambres.. cela devait en faire partie selon moi)Maintenant venons en au petit déjeuner. C'est le pire déjeuner que nous avons eu sur l'île, il faut attendre longtemps pour être servi, puis nous avons des croissants pas cuits et tout gommeux "immangeable", le reste du pain était vraiment très petits, le beurre n'étant pas mis au frais... c'était plutôt de l'huile.. beurkk beurkk et beurk.Cependant le personnel de la réception très serviable et le staff d'animation le top!! Dommage pour tous ces inconvénients car le cardre est très joli... mais le reste ne suit pas. C'était le plus cher des hôtels et le moins bon!

Les chambres sont suffisamment spacieuse, mais malheureusement pas du tout isolée. De ce fait on entend parfaitement les voisins et il est donc impossible de dormir après 8h le matin. Le déjeuner laisse à désirer...très peu de choix dans les produits et pas très bon. De plus, il nous a fallu attendre 40 min pour avoir un café avec notre petit déj....Sinon la piscine était pas mal mais la musique beaucoup trop forte et en continue peu déranger..

Wir hatten von unterwegs über die App gebucht und nicht ganz genau gelesen, deswegen hier für andere der Hinweis, dass das Hotel bei Late Check-In (nach 20:00) eine hohe Extra-Gebühr berechnet. Bei Check-In wurden uns hier 60 € berechnet, nach nochmaligem Lesen der Buchung habe ich den dort den Hinweis auf 40 € Gebühr gefunden und die Differenz erstattet bekommen. Wir waren nur eine Nacht auf der Durchreise da, das Hotel ist ein Ressort und eher was für Langzeit-Aufenthalte. Es war anscheinend zu Pfingsten gerade aus der Winterpause erwacht und deswegen anscheinend nur in Teilbetrieb. Unser Zimmer war sehr günstig, dafür aber nach hinten raus. Jemand brachte uns bis vor das Zimmer, händigte uns dort aber nur Prospekte aus anstatt uns das Licht anzuschalten oder Hinweise zu geben. So mussten wir die Fernbedienung für die Klimaanlage separat holen, später dann noch mal zur Rezeption weil kein Heisswasser für die Dusche da war und hierfür der Boiler separat angeschaltet werden musste. Ich gehe davon aus, dass das Hotel im Saison-Betrieb und für Dauergäste besser funktioniert als für uns. Der Pool sah wunderbar aus (war aber abends als wir kamen schon zu und als wir abreisten noch nicht auf), das Essen in der Poolbar wurde auch noch spät serviert und war lecker.
