"My wife and I stayed here for one night and we couldn’t believe our luck! The room was spacious and clean with everything we could have needed. Sonya and Sebastien were the perfect hosts, very welcoming and friendly and gave us some great advice and suggestions on how to get the most out of our stay and what to do in the area. We will certainly stay again the next time we are in the area!"

"The family were so lovely and welcoming. We got to meet the father who was so very interesting and shared many memories and stories of the Chateau and his family. Would recommend staying to all for a unique French Chateau experience. Also loved the five-course evening meal by the chef, truly unique."

"Une belle chambre d'hôtes dans la campagne de Granville. l'accueil est chaleureux, la chambre très propre et joliment décorée. On y trouve des éléments de grande qualité et des petits détails bien trouvés. La literie est agréable et la grande salle de bain confortable. Un petit déjeuner délicieux finit de nous ravir. Un vrai bijou dans un écrin de verdure. Même le chat et le chien sont sympathiques. Un vrai bonheur."

"My family LOVED this apartment. We were only there for one night but wished we were staying longer! You walk into a small door off the city wall and enter into a place you want to live. It is decorated perfectly with ample room to spread out and be cozy. The location is perfect looking over the wall, accessing the main street or just watching the tourists go by!
The only thing I would like to give visitors a heads up regarding is that you're are above the main street which is fantastic until 5AM but it's an easy fix. We slept with many of the windows open which was fantastic! In the very early hours of the day the deliveries are made to the restaurants and such. This can be very loud, but once I closed our windows, I snuggled back into the cozy bed and was back in dream land."
"Great location, walkable to Mt St Michel. Clean, comfortable room with lots of light. Balcony at end of hallway where you can sit and watch bikers/hikers on the path."
"Excellent location, that's why you go there.
Good: excellent friendly staff, location, price.
Surprise: 5pm check-in is unusually late for a check-in time, to charge 15€ for 2pm check-in makes it fell penny pinching. Breakfast is also charged as an extra for 15€, standard cold euro-breakfast of breads, cold meats, cheese and boiled eggs. It's in their own restaurant, a crêperie, you would think a nice crêpe for breakfast but no, big disappointment.
The less good: extremely quiet area (good) but when people walk in the halls it very noticeable. When the shuttle buses start going back and forth (early AM) the whole room shakes and lound rumble (something to do with how the street is built maybe). The standard old room: no AC, means a very very hot room and with only 1 small window (no screen) it makes it a hot and muggy night."
"We were in the top floor room for a night and it was SO COOL.
12/10 recommend staying on the Island if you can swing it. Yes, the morning provision drop was loud but the peaceful night time stroll and comraderie of staff as they left the island was special. Such a surreal experience."
