This magnificent house, located in Villegly, offers a unique charm. It evokes the atmosphere of an old water mill, with its exposed beams and stone walls. You will immediately be seduced by its authentic character. The vast garden is a true haven of peace. Trees, flowers and carefully maintained, it invites you to relax and contemplate.

The generously sized swimming pool is the ideal place to cool off on hot sunny days.



The Space:

This character house located a few kilometers from Carcassonne, combines the calm of the countryside and proximity to amenities. You can explore the region, visit the Minervois vineyards and enjoy the charms of the medieval city. Its authentic charm is reminiscent of an old water mill, with its exposed beams, stone walls and tiled roof. You will immediately be seduced by its picturesque character. The vast garden is a true paradise for families. Trees, flowers and carefully maintained, it invites you to relax and contemplate. Imagine yourself enjoying the long summer days under the century-old trees! The generously sized swimming pool is the ideal place to cool off on hot sunny days. Its surrounding space is designed for sunbathing and convivial moments with family or friends. The house has 4 spacious bedrooms, all equipped with new, quality bedding.

The living room with its stone fireplace is ideal for convivial evenings. A television lounge is located on the first floor. Large sofas guarantee a seat for young and old alike.

The fully equipped kitchen overlooks the garden and the swimming pool, offering a soothing view. It is completed by an outdoor barbecue area, ideal for enjoying the garden.

The large dining room will allow you to stay cool during the hottest days.

In the village, you will find the essential shops, all within walking distance in just a few minutes.

A few minutes by car around Villegly, you can discover the architectural and cultural heritage that has shaped this very special region.

Fun, sporting or discovery activities will not be left out with nearby the possibility of practicing stand-up paddle, kayaking, caving, cycling (road or all-terrain), fishing, golf. The beaches will be less than an hour's drive away.

At home, wifi will allow people who want to work and have fun. The garden can accommodate ball games or racket games of your choice. A billiards table will complete the list of activities that can be had.

To make your stay easier,

- bed and bathroom linen are included, however remember to bring bath towels,

- the kitchen is fully equipped

- a washing machine is available

- parking of the property can easily accommodate 4 vehicles.

- A mandatory intermediate cleaning fee is charged at the time of booking and corresponds to the disinfection and preparation of the house between two tenants. However, the house must not not be left dirty when the tenants leave We ask our tenants to leave the house in the same condition as they found it when they arrived (clean kitchen and bathroom, refrigerator and cupboards emptied, no visible dirt, trash removed, etc.) If the house is left dirty, the tenant will have a deduction from the deposit for the additional time spent cleaning the house, at the rate of €35/hour The tenant will be informed without delay by message via the platforms. , by text message or email, with photo(s) and/or video(s). We also offer our tenants who do not want to think about cleaning before their departure, a "complete cleaning" package which will be billed at €30/hour. Please refer to the ad description to find out the price of the complete cleaning, or contact us directly. For this accommodation, the amount of this package is an additional €100.
