Nice room, BUT we had a mouse. Maintenace did nothing about it, didn't even set a trap that night nor communicate with us despite our complaint. We had to sleep with the lights on. The next day management moved us to an upgraded room but the damage was done.

Great staff nice room. Easy access to bus stops that go to Disneyland Paris. Nice pizza place 1 minute walk.

They are just looking for money they can take. I tried to cancel the reservation ahead of time but they did not answer any of Expedia’s calls and emails. Then finally responded and said I used it when Expedia already canceled my non refundable flight

This hotel has what I needed for this stay. The staff is very good.
Its on the out skirts of paris so it did take us 1 bus and 3 metro changes to get to Paris.
Not welcoming to tourist. If they don't want people from other countries at their location, they shouldn't advertise on Expedia.
