"J'ai passé une nuit, pour un voyage professionnel. Tout s'est très bien passé. L'établissement est impeccablement tenu, avec une décoration de goût. Un calme absolu pour dormir, très appréciable. Un grand merci pour l'accueil chaleureux et le yaourt "maison", au petit déjeuner, un délice :-) Je ne chercherai pas d'autres adresses, si je passe dans la région. Sans aucun doute !"

"This is a residential area. I didnt see any shops or places to eat nearby. However very close to train station. You need to check in with an emailed code. Room was fine and large. A very nice breakfast was included at the sister hotel a few doors down which was really good. Overall recommended but my big tip is dont expect nearby shops or places to eat. Is nice and quiet area. "

"Firstly this b&b is most certainly NOT in a rural location as described by Expedia and is definitely NOT multilingual. Just the one member of ‘staff’. The b&b is in the city centre and surrounded by buildings. The only parking is on street - if your lucky. The place does not have its own ‘free parking’ at all. We arrived at b&b at 20.00 after booking our room at 13.30 on the same day to find no one there. Proprietor eventually appeared from property next door as we phoned him and he had no idea...

"It is a lovely studio apartment, very homely and comfortable and is nicely furnished with good hearing. I only stayed one night, would be nice to stay longer. It is in a quiet area but easy to get to nearby villages and towns (Herseaux, Leers, Roubaix). There are supermarkets nearby such as Lidl and Aldi, and the apartment has everything for cooking. Ballon insuffisant (eau chaude très vite épuisé) et salle de convivialité (salon cuisine) un peu petite. à mon avis mieux adapté pour maximum 8 personnes. mais pas de regret tout de même car très bien accueilli ."
