The house is modern, bright and has air conditioning. It is also well equipped and tastefully furnished. Everything is on the first floor and the floors are made of easy-care tiles. There are 3 steps to the fenced garden. The house is just a short walk from stores and restaurants. It is 4 km to the fine sandy beach and 1 km to the Canal du Midi. Here you can set off on a wide variety of excursions, e.g. to the authentic fishing village of Sète or historic Montpellier.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate in 2024. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out. Up to two pets are allowed. Outdoor private pool on site is open May - end September.
