"We booked a family room and we were given two intercoonected rooms. Both rooms were massive with lots of space to keep our belongings. Easy access from train station and bus stop was 50 metrers away. residential neighbour hood that felt safe. 15 mins to Grand place by taxi. Staff was very helpful and polite and explained everything calmly. It was heatwave and airconditiong was life saver. room had everything from coffee making facilty to hair dryer. Bathroom seemed newly renovated and beds were comfortable. A small improvement can be a smart tv where guest can connect their netflix/amazon prime especially when we are travelling with kids. But definitely 10/10."

"The representative who checked us in was professional and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Lighting was available in all areas needed such as room entry, and bedside. The light switches were well labeled and easy to operate. When housekeeping staff was contacted, they were helpful and adhered to the time frame they provided. And then the view....spectacular."
