"The first person that check us in wasn’t very welcoming and seemed to not have a lot of patience for our inquiries. However, the rest of the staff, made up for it. The staff during restaurant staff were kind and welcoming and specifically a staff member at the front desk- who I spoke to later, was very helpful. Overall, the hotel had everything we needed and very convenient to be across the airport and included breakfast- one last thing to worry about as we had an early morning flight. "

"Great location as it is close to the airport terminals, bus terminal, and other public transport to Paris. The hotel has a beautiful open lobby. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. The breakfast has a wide area of choices. The staff is helpful and efficient. The executive lounge is relaxing with a wide array of drinks and snacks. If you are planning to use the metro from Charles de Gaulle Airport to Gare du Nord or vice versa, the cost is 13€ and is a walking distance from the hotel. I will be returning to this hotel on my next trip"

"We came in earlier than expected, one of the staff just brushed us off and said check in is at 2 pm , without checking if there is a room available. But the other lady, helped us by checking if there is available room and checked us in. Very helpful and pleasant."
