Excellent food and very helpful staff

My in-laws had a wonderful stay at Sands Point. They really appreciated the staff for being so warm and helpful throughout their stay at the property. The breakfast made a fantastic start to their day to explore the city. The tea cakes/dessert were really delicious.Thank you for making their trip so relaxing and comforting.

A perfectly charming hotel with the friendliest, most thoughtful staff of any hotel I’ve ever stayed in. We were there five nights in a spacious room with beautiful appointments. The pool is perfect for cooling off in the afternoon. The front desk arranged a sailboat cruise for us and yoga every morning on the roof at 6:30 AM. I can’t wait to come back to this dreamy place a block from the ocean.

Nice hotel, Good location, ambience and spacious rooms, friendly staffs and amenities includes stay for the driver

Staff was very responsive and provided excellent service.

Great place to stay

Very nice stay overall; helpful staff

Staff was courteous. Rooms were clean. Bathroom not great.

Panism was amazing! The rooms were comfortable with tons of space - some of them had balconies, all had AC. There was a pool (I did not use), and a workout room as well as multiple terraces, including the kitchen where they served breakfast (included) and lunch/dinner if requested in advance. The staff was wonderful and we became friends over the course of my stay. They even helped me out of a small accident. They also rent bicycles/scooters/e-bikes. Nice and comfortable hotel mid way between Auroville and Pondicherry. 10 min walk to the beach. I had a great time there. I will gladly stay again.
