    THE GROUND FLOOR features a large library measuring over 60 m2, 1 full bathroom, 2 double bedrooms facing the outside, and a porch that opens onto the home’s garden with ocean views.
    THE MAIN FLOOR features a large living room opening onto a wonderful terrace with excellent ocean views, a kitchen, three bedrooms—each with a balcony and ocean views—and two full bathrooms.
    It also features a studio located in a TOWER with breathtaking views; the tower has windows on all four sides and is accessed from the living room via a spiral staircase.
    The house features a fireplace in the living room, a garden, a pool, an outdoor shower, a barbecue, a garage, heating throughout the home, smoke detectors, and an alarm system. There is direct access to the beach from the villa.
