At the pictures and the outside of the building is not representative for your stay, good swimming pool, good breakfast, good room and the staff is so nice and makes you feel very welcome and comfortable

Everything was perfectly in order. We had a lovely stay in the family room on our way to Spain. The swimming pool was also very welcome after a long trip. I can definitely recommend this hotel.

Lieblingshotel

Wunderschönes Hotel in guter Lage zur Autobahn. Seit Jahren unser Etappen-Hotel auf dem Weg in den Süden. Die sehr schönen Zimmer sind klimatisiert, im Erdgeschoss mit eigener kleiner Terrasse. Der Pool ist toll für Kinder. Es gibt auch ein Restaurant. Zum Strand sind es 15 Minuten, ins Zentrum von Narbonne kommt man in 10 Minuten. Es gibt einen großen kostenlosen Parkplatz. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr sympathisch und freundlich.

Schönes Hotel, nicht nur für die Etappe

Wir sind zum wiederholten Mal hier zu Gast gewesen und mögen dieses Hotel sehr. Es liegt perfekt in der Nähe der Autobahn, ist sehr ruhig gelegen und bietet allen Komfort, inklusive leistungsfähiger Klimaanlage. Die Zimmer und Bäder sind sehr schön eingerichtet, da bekommt man Urlaubsgefühle. Wir hatten diesmal ein Zimmer im EG nach hinten raus mit eigener kleiner Terrasse. Das Restaurant ist sehr gut, und es gibt einen großen Pool - toll für Kinder! Wir kommen sicher wieder.

La chambre est confortable,propre,le lieu au calme en pleine nature .le séjour peut-être très reposant sauf si un enfant de client n avait pas pleuré toute la nuit. Grosse déception concernant le restaurant Le repas a duré plus de 2h30 pour des frites surgelées pas bonnes du tout,le très déçu également par le dessert.

Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour à l'Hôtel du Mas. Personnel très agréable. Chambre correspond totalement à la description literie au top. Les petits déjeuners sont très bons et copieux. La piscine est un plus. Je recommande vivement cet établissement.

Hôtel non conforme aux 3 étoiles

Lors de notre arrivée le robinet d’eau froide du lavabo était défectueux nous n’avions donc que l eau chaude au lavabo, nous l’avons signalé à la réception puis sommes allés manger, le réceptionniste nous a informé que le robinet serait réparé à notre retour. Rien n’a été fait et le matin quand nous l’avons signalé on nous a dit que ça avait été réparé et que c’était nous qui avions cassé le robinet. Triste direction dans cet hôtel de plus l’entrée de la douche était très étroite et la chambre très vétuste a 100€ la nuit je suis plus que déçu cet hôtel mérite à peine 2 étoiles et je parle en connaissance de cause car je dors environ 3 nuits par semaine a l’hôtel. A éviter si possible
