"This is such a special place! A little oasis tucked away where you'd least expect it. The garden gives a wonderful chance to retreat after a busy day in Paris, and indoors, it feels so comfortable and welcoming. The decor is beautiful, everything is clean, the beds are comfortable, the bath is luxurious. Breakfast is great, and vegans can be accommodated. The staff (we met Nina and Pearl) are helpful and we felt so at home here. Cannot wait to come back, and we will definitely recommend."

"Very pleasant stay"

"Very kind and friendly host"

"We had a wonderful stay here in Montmartre. Loved how close to everything it was and the view from the window was lovely."

"Location, ambience, hospitality"

"The accommodation was really well priced and for the money was lovely. Communication around check in could have been a little better but overall I would stay again."

"Perfect base for visiting Château of Auvers-sur-Oise and Maison du Docteur Gachet. Comfortable and clean room including breakfast with fresh croissants, bread, homemade jam, and eggs. Lovely courtyard, convenient parking. Our host was charming and guided us to wonderful dining options in L'isle Adam."

"Amazing property so close to Paris yet felt like a stay in the countryside. Charming young family run establishment, complete with dog, goats, chickens and donkeys. Well appointed guest rooms, hearty breakfast accompanied by the sounds of children getting ready for school! I felt like I was at home."

"Stayed 5 nights at this delightful boutique residence and will revisit as we were really impressed with the place."

"Das Gästezimmer mit eigenem Eingang ist wirklich super und schön gelegen in einer Gated Community, zum Frühstück gibt es ausreichend Croissants und Pain au Chocolat, in der Nähe sind Fußläufig gelegen Bushaltestellen und auch ein guter Carre Four. Würden wir immer wieder buchen!"

"Very nice country house with a large garden stretching down to the Seine river. The hosts Anne and Erik are very friendly and helpful. Our rooms was very quiet and well equipped. Les Ruisseaux was the perfect choice for our stopover on the way home to Germany."

"Nice and calm night, easy access and easy to park. Lovely host. I recommend the place for an easy escape around Paris"

"Lovely room in quiet area"

"I think we were shocked to find how small. It was a very clean room and it fit my family of 5 very well. Conveniently located if you want to take the bus to Disneyland. Labeled as family friendly but signs everywhere to be quiet between 8pm and 8am. I don’t know about you but 1 year olds don’t know what that means. The floors creaked really bad, which I don’t mind but I felt bad for the people below us when we were walking across the room. Overall fine place to rest your head after a long day at...

"Breakfast was good. External spiral staircase access to the room was too challenging to take a heavy case up, so had to just take the things I needed and leave rest in the car."

"Accueil autonome grâce aux digicodes, l'arrivée s'est déroulée sans encombre. Le logement est à proximité des commerces, ce qui est pratique. Le personnel à été réactif suite à mon appel. Dans l'ensemble, la chambre était bien aménagée et le lit confortable mais certains équipements mis à disposition étaient bien poussiéreux (bouilloire et machine à café), serviette tachée et les coussins dégageaient une mauvaise odeur. Attention toutefois si vous recherchez du calme car on entend tout ce...

"Super "

"All as expected and as described in the property's listing. We had a lovely stay, the flat is very central and easy to get to with nearby metro stations and a wide choice of great restaurants, cafés and bakeries. Rania was super helpful and kind and attentive. We will definitely be back. "
