"Was easy to use public transport from property, within 1 block. Lots of restaurants within two blocks. The room I had was still to be done up, but I did see a room upstairs which was lovely. Own and staff were very helpful. "

A very considerate Host with some basic essentials already there on arrival as well a a bottle of wine, milk, bread, butter, bacon, eggs, tea, coffee and biscuits, fresh fruit bowl. Will stay again when next in Perth WA."

"Overall good place to stay. Kids loved the horses. Could do with a blind or curtain on the high window in the lounge room as morning sun is too bright for anyone using sofa bed. Sofa bed not very comfortable."

"Everything needed for a great stay. Pristine , neat and tidy.Only small aspect of criticism is the choices on t.v ( not sure if smart tv or set top etc) are all.Asian"
