"When we arrived to the location we realized that it is connected to a larger building that is quiet run down. The rental space it self needs to be updated and renovated also. Upon entering the space it became very apparent that the pictures do not accurately depict the current state of the space. Much of the furniture is worn out and dirty with stains.
