"We booked approximately 12 different locations on our trip to Amsterdam and Croatia. They were all very nice except for this one. Everything in it is VERY OLD, the bedding and linens were from the last century. They were all paper thin and smelled. Both of us had bites all over in the morning. Bed bugs??? The wall at the end of the tub leaked resulting in a flood which we had to clean up in the morning. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!"

"Wir verbrachten eine tolle Zeit in Fazana, auch außerhalb der Hauptsaison. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und zentral in Fazana. Allerdings ist Fazana nur ein sehr kleiner Ort, dessen sollte man sich bewusst sein. Nach Pula, der nächst größeren Stadt, sind es circa 8 km. Die Wohnung war mit allem nötigen (außer einem Backofen) ausgestattet. In der Wohnung gibt es viele Dachschrägen, weshalb man etwas aufpassen musste. "Die Ferienwohnung ist spärlich ausgestattet und bietet wenig Stauraum für Kleidung etc. Das Bad ist mangelhaft, keine Dusche, sondern Sitz Wanne mit hohem Rand und ohne Duschvorhang, kein Duschen ohne Überschwemmung möglich. Außen Anlage ist sehr gut und schön. Allerdings ist die Vermieterin ständig auf dem Grundstück präsent und pingelig wenn zum Beispiel die Hunde in den Rasen machen. Hundefreundlich ist das nicht!"

Die Wohnung nicht die größte, und mit 2 heranwachsenden tatsächlich fast ein bisschen zu klein, aber sie ist ausreichend und gut eingerichtet, mit dem allem was man braucht. Die Vermieterin und ihre Familie sind alle super lieb. Die Nachbarschaft ist auch sehr nett und zuvorkommend. "Top renovierte und neu ausgestattete FW, mit allem was man von Zuhause gewohnt ist. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse über die Kvarner Bucht, Rijeka und Opatija ist nicht zu toppen. Durch die Nähe zur Autobahn ist man in 15 Minuten in Opatija u. Rijeka. Nur 30 Minuten zur Insel Krk, die uns sehr sympathisch war u. besser gefallen hat als die Opatija-Riviera. Leider wurde in der Hausbeschreibung verschwiegen, dass sich 20 Meter vor der Wohnung ein Haus im Rohbau befindet. Ab 7:00 wird hier...

"Kleine Wohnung mit ausreichend Schlafplatz, im Übrigen alles da was man für die kurze Dauer braucht. Bis zum Strand muss man einwenig sportlich sein, aber dafür wird man mit schönen Plätzen in üppiger Auswahl belohnt. Ein Sternabzug für Meeresblick, da man dies aus unseren 5 Personen Apartment nur teils bewundern durfte. Dafür hatten wir immer ein süßen Katzenbesuch auf dem Balkon.
