"The staff is friendly and willing to help.Although she cant speak english but she is willing to help us by using google translate . The information in the website is not correct. The check - out time is 12pm and is not 2 pm. At first she wanted to charge us for " late check - out " by showing us the board on the wall ( all info in Vietnamese ) but after we showed her the info in website. She was fine not to charge us. And there is also no hair dryer."
